摘要：从保险业者投资实践和行政监管实践两个方面，对我国台湾地区过去三十年间保险资金投资房地产的基本情况和发展历程进行回顾和总结。在此基础上，对我国大陆地区保险企业和监管者提出全面看待房地产投资在保险资金投资组合中的位置、充分利用各种投资形式、引导保险资金服务于公共政策目标等若干

建议。

Abstract：This paper reviews the basic situation and development course of insurance funds’ real estate investment in Taiwan during the previous three decades from the two aspects of insurance companies’ investment practices and governments’ regulation practices. Based on the above analysis，puts forward suggestions for both insurance companies and policy makers in China，including facing squarely the position of real estate investment in insurance fund investment portfolio，making full use of investment forms，guiding the insurance funds to serve the public policy objectives.
