摘要：分别分析平行发包模式、总分包模式和总承包+特别分包模式的优缺点，并以上海轨道交通八号线三期项目为例，阐述总承包+特别分包模式应用于轨道交通项目可能遇到的问题、解决方法以及达到的效果。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of parallel sub-contracting，general contracting and general contracting + special sub-contracting model. Then，takes the project of the third phase of Shanghai No.8 subway as an example，analyzes the possible problems，the corresponding solutions and the resulted effects with general contracting + special sub-contracting model applied in the rail transit project.
