摘要：在分析商业模式创新路径理论的基础上，探讨建筑业企业基于服务能力内涵标志、微笑曲线价值位势、建造技术突破、“互联网+”环境、绿色建筑产品需求变革的商业模式创新路径，提出建筑业企业实现商业模式创新路径的措施。

Abstract：On the basis of the analysis of business-model innovation theory，the paper explores the innovation path of construction industry company business-model that based on the connotation of service capability，the potential of simile curve，construction technical breakthroughs，“internet+”condition and the demand change of green building products. Finally，proposes measures to realize business-model innovation path for construction industry companies.
