[摘　要]　以山东工商学院东校区为例，分类调查统计近几年高校建筑能耗情况，对比相关节能设计标准，研究分析各类建筑用能薄弱环节，挖掘节能潜力，提出节能改造措施。

Abstract: Take the east district of the Shandong Institute of Business and Technology as an example, the paper counts the buidings energy consumption from 2000 to 2008, and analyzes the weak links of energy consumption in different buildings, proposes some countermeasure about building ernergy saving.
