[摘　要]　分析我国建筑节能服务公司的发展现状及其发展所面临的障碍，从政府及市场化发展的角度，有针对性地提出对策建议。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the present situation of building energy management corporation and its obstacles of development, then from the perspective of government and market development,  puts forward appropriate proposals.
