[摘　要]　提出企业信息门户的概念、分类及特点，分析企业信息化进程中存在的一些问题，重点介绍企业信息门户的作用、发展背景、现状、发展趋势。对与门户紧密相关的技术——内容管理部分之设计进行研究。

Abstract: This paper presents the concept, classification and characteristics of enterprise information portal, and analyses some problems existing in the process of enterprise informationization, and highlights the role, development background, current situation and trends of enterprise information portal. It also has a research on the design of content management, which relates to the portal closely.
