[摘　要]　针对造价咨询业的特点，创建了流程导向、编码化和人本化动态组合的全过程造价咨询知识管理模式模型。克服传统知识管理静态模式不足，该模型通过六维度的知识管理模式选择单元进行编码化和人本化模式的动态组合；建立了知识流引擎支持的知识嵌入应用单元以提高知识重用效率；提出了实现咨询人员与企业知识库双向互动的基于知识需求的主动知识系统，该单元系统能实现知识动态重组，增强知识管理系统的分布式处理能力和规模可扩展能力，降低知识管理系统的构造成本。该模式有益于全过程造价咨询企业实现有效的知识管理。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of cost consultation, this paper establishes a process-oriented, codification and personalization mode dynamic combination knowledge management model. In this model, a six dimensions of knowledge management mode selection unit is proposed to determine how to dynamically combine the two modes. It establishes a knowledge embedded unit in application process based on knowledge flow engine support to improve the efficiency of knowledge reuse, and proposes an active knowledge system to realize interaction of enterprise knowledge and consultants which can realize the knowledge dynamic regrouped, enhance the distributed processing capacity and scalability, and reduce the cost of knowledge management. This mode of engineering cost consultation enterprises can realize effective knowledge management.
