[摘　要]　探讨通过转变发展方式，调整产业结构；一业为主，多元发展；改革体制，转换机制；自主创新，内涵提升；创新管理，强化管控；信息化管理，智能化操作，精细化运行；人才培训，人才开发，人才激励使用；团队建设，制度约束，企业文化保障等举措做实、做强、做大建筑企业。

Abstract: This paper discusses how to make construction enterprise solid, strong and large from the aspects as follows: transforming development mode and adjusting industrial structure; principal business and diversification development; system reform and mechanism transformation; independent innovation and connotation development; innovation management and control strengthening; informatization management, intellectualized operation and refinement running; talent training, talents development and talent incentives; team construction, institutional constraints and enterprise culture security.
