[摘　要]　针对我国工程建设项目招投标活动中有关工程招标代理附带相关造价咨询服务及收费存在的争议，从招标代理服务收费文件（1980号文件）及相关的法律规定入手，对招标代理附带相关咨询服务类项目应如何收费进行分析探讨，并提出个人的理解和立法建议。

Abstract: Aiming at the disputes of project tendering agent with relevant cost consulting service and charge, which exist in the project construction bidding activities in China, based on the legal document 1980 about bidding agent service charge and the related laws, this paper analyses and discusses about dealing with the charge problems of these projects. Meanwhile, some personal points and legislative suggestions will be provided.
