[摘　要]　以具体项目为案例，就JCT工程合同在招标、项目工程管理及竣工结算中，发包人应注意的一些风险进行分析、研究，并提出相应的解决办法。

Abstract: Taking a case for example, the paper analyzes and discusses the risks of JCT contract in the processes of bidding, project management and completion of settlement, which the employer should pay attention to.  Then it proposes some appropriate solutions.
