[摘　要]　在分析机电安装工程变更发生原因的基础上，明确机电安装工程变更的控制与管理应贯穿建设项目全过程，而关键在决策和设计阶段，并提出机电安装工程变更的控制策略和变更发生后的管理对策。

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the reasons of mechanical and electrical installation engineering variation, this paper makes it clear that the control and management of variation of mechanical and electrical installation engineering should be throughout the entire process of construction projects, and the critical stages are those of decision-making and design. And it proposes strategies for the mechanical and electrical installation engineering variation control, as well as management measures afterwards.
