[摘　要]　分析后金融危机时期国际建筑业的发展趋势及我国建筑业的发展机遇。通过对近五年江苏省建筑业发展的绝对和相对指标的纵向和横向比较分析以及指标的相关性分析，认为江苏省建筑业存在总量大、经济效益不高的问题，并提出产业结构调整升级、产业链均衡发展、人才技术设备输入和低碳建筑理念推广的建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the international construction industry's development trend and Chinese construction industry's development opportunity. According to the comparative analysis on Jiangsu construction development absolute and relative indicates and correlation analysis in the recent five years, it concludes that it has the problem of large total volume while lower economic benefits, and it provides advice on the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure, balanced development of the industry chain, import of talent and technology and promotion of low carbon building idea.
