[摘　要]　围绕我国政府工程建设标准执行不力这一突出问题，通过实地调研，总结分析美国和加拿大在政府工程建设标准监督机制方面的特点，分别从建设标准的内容和深度、标准执行过程中的资金责任制的划分、标准不同执行阶段的验核点和验核工具的制定以及标准的执行效果等方面比较分析中、美、加三国政府工程建设标准监督机制之间的差异所在，并对我国建设标准监督机制的完善提出建议。

Abstract: Focusing on the problem of insufficiency in the prosecution of construction standards in government projects, through on-the-spot investigation, this article summarizes and analyzes the supervising mechanism of U.S. and Canada construction standards on government projects, including the details and depth of the building standards, the division in responsibility system for use of funds during the process of implementation of the standards, the checking points of different execution phases, the formulation of the checking tools and the performance of the standards. Through the analysis, differences of supervising mechanisms among China, U.S. and Canada are found, and suggestions are made for the perfection of supervising mechanism of construction standards in China.
