[摘　要]　分析建筑工程招投标现行两种模式的弊端，提出建筑工程实行“明标招标，竞价中标”的招投标模式的构想及其具体做法，以求招投标双方的共赢。

Abstract: This paper analyses the drawbacks of two modes of bidding for building construction at present, suggests that price should be clear and open, and the price of the bid winner should be reasonable. Both tenderer and bidders can be in a win-win situation under this mode.
