绿色建筑评价指标体系和模型研究

[摘 要] 针对当前绿色建筑评价体系存在的问题,以建筑资源消耗程度、建筑环境适宜程度、系统的持久性为评价对象,从绿色建筑本身属性和外部环境两个层面,建立了基于时期和时点两个视角的绿色建筑动态评价指标体系;利用主成分分析法和因素重构分析法在数据处理上的优势,建立适应指标体系特征和考虑数据约束条件的绿色建筑评价模型。[关键词] 绿色建筑,绿色建筑评价体系,主成分分析,因素重构分析,评价模型Abstract: Considering the problems about evaluation system of green building, a dynamic evaluation system of green building, which takes the consumption level of construction resource, the fitness of construction environment and the durability of the system as the evaluation objects, is constructed in view of the period and the point. It consists of two levels of its own property and the external environment. Then, a corresponding green building evaluation model adapting to the characteristics of this index system is presented with consideration of the constraint condition of data and by taking full use of the advantages of factor system restructuring analysis and principal component analysis in data processing.Key words: green building; evaluation system of green building; principal component analysis; factor system restructuring analysis; evaluation model[参考文献][1]George Ofori, Clive Briffett.
