[摘　要]　项目化管理是一种全新的企业经营管理模式。从企业项目化管理的概念出发，详细探讨房地产企业项目化管理的组织原则，构建企业项目化管理组织结构的一般模式，并分析项目化管理组织运行体系的构成。

Abstract: Enterprise project management is a new enterprise management mode． Based on the concept of enterprise project management, this paper discusses the organization principle of real estate enterprise project management, constructs organizational structure mode of real estate enterprise project management, and then analyses the operating system of enterprise project management organization.
