[摘　要]　中国建筑业集团企业在发展过程中存在诸多问题，其中一个重要问题就是集团管控问题。分析了中国建筑业集团企业管控的现状，并在此基础上提出了中国建筑业集团企业管控方面面临的问题。

Abstract: China costruction group enterprises have some common problems, and one of them is management and control, an important problem affecting the development of China construction group enterprises greatly. This paper analyses the status of management and control in China construction group enterprises, and then proposes the problems that exist in the management and control of China construction group enterprises.
