[作者简介]　韦勇钢（1977-），男，广西河池人，经济师，主要从事全面预算管理、成本管理和项目管理工作。[摘　要]　通过阐述工程施工企业在当前国家加大交通基础建设力度以及又一轮银根紧缩政策的宏观大环境下所碰到的规模扩张与现金流之间的问题，分析规模与现金流之间的关系，探讨规模与现金流的匹配性问题，以缓解企业资金压力，提升企业经营质量，实现企业价值最大化。

Abstract: By analyzing the problem of scale expansion and cash flow in the macro environment of increasing traffic infrastructure construction and monetary tightening policy, this paper discusses the relationship between the scale and cash flow and the matching attribute of them to relieve the pressure of funds, improve enterprise operation quality and realize the maximization of enterprise value.
