[摘　要]　主要分析了中国国有大型建筑企业组织结构的现状、存在问题，利用现代组织管理理论探讨在信息化、全球化的环境下国有大型工程建筑企业的组织结构设计发展方向，同时对世界500强中工程建筑企业及国际承包商225强中先进企业的组织结构设计进行了比较分析，最终给出国有大型工程建筑企业组织结构设计的改进方案。

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existed problems of organization structure of China state-owned large scale construction companies. It discusses the development direction of organization structure under the information and globalization environment, and compares with advanced companies' organization structure design of fortune 500 corporations and top 225 international contractors. Finally, it gives the advice of improvement scheme.
