[摘　要]　通过对现行的高校基建管理各种模式的对比分析，归纳出了这些模式的选择原则和适应条件，构建了项目协调人参与的代理型交易模式，为高校基建管理模式的进一步探索提供参考。

Abstract: This article compares and analyzes the existing infrastructure management modes in universities and colleges, and summarizes the guiding principles and adaptive conditions of them, and establishes the agency transaction mode participated by project coordinator to provide references for further exploration of infrastructure management in universities and colleges.
