浅议建筑施工企业如何规避劳动用工中的法律风险

[摘 要] 劳动用工风险是企业经营管理风险中的一种,企业通过加强人力资源管理、完善企业规章制度、规范分包管理行为,保留管理过程中的相关证据,可以有效减少劳动争议的发生。

Abstract: The risk of labor services employment is one of the enterprise operation and management risks. By strengthening human resources management, improving rules and regulations, regulating subcontracting management and reserving relative evidence in the management process, construction enterprises can reduce the occurrence of labor disputes effectively.
