[摘　要]　住宅产业化是住宅生产方式和经营方式的转变升级。从住宅产业化内涵出发，通过社会经济及产业发展对比分析，阐述浙江省推进住宅产业化的必要性。

Abstract: Housing industrialization is the transformation and updating of the residence production and management mode. This article starts with the connotation of housing industrialization, comparatively analyzes social economy and industrial development and elaborates the necessity of promoting the housing industrialization in Zhejiang province.
