[摘　要]　回顾了中国建筑劳务就业方式发展的历程，对农民工建筑劳务非正规就业的动因进行了分析，设计建筑劳务从非正规就业向正规就业的转换方式，同时对这种转换的前提条件和可能遇到的障碍进行探讨。

Abstract: In this paper, the development history of Chinese construction-labor employment manner is briefly reviewed. Motivations about informal employment of peasant-labor are analyzed. It also designs transformation forms from informal employment to the formal employment. At the same time, the premise conditions and the possible challenges or obstacles which might be encountered in this transformation are also discussed.
