[摘　要]　述及了国外建筑设计企业的特点和一般发展规律，以为我国同业借鉴把握，从而有助于实现企业可持续发展和整个行业的健康发展。

Abstract: The paper elaborates the characteristics and general development laws of architectural design enterprises abroad to help the enterprises in our country draw lessons from them,in order to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprises and the whole industry.
