装配式建筑施工能耗量化研究

摘要:为了解决我国装配式建筑工程施工能耗量化不准确的问题,针对装配式建筑工程的特点,进行综合分析,量化装配式建筑施工阶段的能耗。以我国国情为背景优选生产线直接能耗统计法和简约式生命周期评估法相结合的量化研究方法,使用WBS进行施工能耗项目分解,建立施工能耗量化模型,对施工阶段的能耗进行量化计算,克服了统计步骤复杂、多参数影响等问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of quantifying the construction energy consumption of prefabricated construction projects in China,a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of prefabricated construction projects is conducted to quantify the energy consumption of prefabricated construction phases. Quantitative research methods which combine preferred production line direct energy consumption statistics and life-cycle assessment method based on Chinese national conditions,decomposing construction energy projects by the WBS method Quantitative calculation of energy consumption during the construction phase,establish a quantitative model of construction energy consumption,overcoming complex statistical steps and multi-parameter effects.
