摘要：阐述综合管廊项目造价管理的特点以及BIM在综合管廊项目造价管理中的应用优势。以某管廊项目为例，分析BIM在项目全过程造价管理中的应用，重点分析设计阶段中限额设计、设计方案和设计变更方面的应用，施工阶段中模拟碰撞试验、设计变更处理、进度管理和模拟施工方面的应用，为类似综合管廊项目全过程造价管理提供参考。

Abstract：This paper expounds the characteristics of engineering cost management of comprehensive pipe gallery project and the application advantages of BIM in comprehensive pipe gallery project cost management. Taking a pipe gallery project as an example，analyzes the application of BIM technology in the whole process cost management of the project，focuses on the application of quota design，design scheme and design change in the design stage，and the application of simulated collision test，design change processing，schedule management and simulated construction in the construction stage，so as to provide reference for the whole process cost management of other comprehensive pipe gallery projects.
