摘要：通过澳门与内地建筑行业制度对比，并参考内地改革试点情况，提出粤澳深度合作区建筑行业制度创新建议，包括取消行业资质、提高个人资格及执业条件、落实个人全过程执业、建立工程项目技术负责制和建筑师主导项目实施制度、适度放宽技术标准体系、完善监管体系和保障体系、实行工程价格市场形成机制、推行过程结算、改进招标承包制度等。

Abstract：By comparing the construction industry system between Macao and the mainland，and referring to the pilot reform in the mainland，this paper puts forward some suggestions on the system innovation of construction industry in the Guangdong Macao deep cooperation zone，including canceling the industry qualification，improving the personal qualification and practice conditions，implementing the whole process of personal practice，establishing the project technical responsibility system and the architect led project implementation system，moderately relaxing the technical standard system，improving the supervision system and guarantee system，implementing the market formation mechanism of project price and process settlement，and improving the bidding and contracting system，etc.
