摘要：为更客观全面地对被动式建筑增量成本和效益进行分析，依据前人研究和相关标准条例确定增量成本和效益评价因素集，采用货币化的方法评定因素的权重，新建以帕累托法则为基础的隶属度确定方法，基于货币化-模糊综合评判法构建评价模型。应用结果表明，被动式建筑增量成本还有降低的空间，但是增量效益显著。

Abstract：In order to analyze the incremental costs and benefits of passive buildings more objectively and comprehensively，the paper determines the set of incremental cost and benefit evaluation factors based on previous research and relevant standards and regulations，and uses the monetization method to evaluate the weight of the factors. Adopts the Pareto rule to determine the degree of membership，and establishes a new evaluation model based on the monetization-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The application results show that there is still room for the incremental cost of passive buildings to be reduced，but the incremental benefit is significant.
