摘要：以我国工程保险发展较好的东部地区为例，按照总量、规模、效率、结构、潜力、稳定六个方面构建工程保险成熟度评价指标体系，对东部地区十一个省市的工程保险发展成熟度进行测度，从时间维度、区域维度和时空维度揭示工程保险发展水平，希望对我国工程保险发展研究有所借鉴。

Abstract：Taking the eastern region where China’s engineering insurance has developed well as an example，the paper constructs an engineering insurance maturity evaluation index system based on six aspects：total volume，scale，efficiency，structure，potential，and stability. Measures the development maturity and reveals the development level of engineering insurance from the time dimension，regional dimension，and space-time dimension. Hopes to provide reference for the development and research of engineering insurance.
