摘要：从建筑工业化的背景出发识别相关制约因素，构建ISM-MICMAC模型，分析制约因素的层级结构，结合驱动力依赖度矩阵寻找关键因素，进而提出对策建议，以期为建筑工业化背景下推进农民工产业工人化提供参考。

Abstract：Starting from the background of construction industrialization，this paper identifies the relevant constraints，constructs ISM-MICMAC model，analyzes the hierarchical structure of constraints，and combines with the driving force dependence matrix to find the key factors，and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions，in order to provide reference for promoting the industrialization of migrant workers under the background of construction industrialization.
