摘要：在对深基坑支护工程的造价管控难点进行分析之后，以某深基坑支护工程造价控制作为研究对象，详细阐述工程各阶段的造价管控要点和采取的具体措施，并对各阶段的管控效果进行量化分析，为深基坑支护及类似工程的造价管控提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the cost management and control difficulties of deep foundation pit support engineering. Taking the cost control of X deep foundation pit support engineering as the research object，and elaborates the key points of cost management and control at each stage of the project and the specific measures taken，and makes quantitative analysis on the control effect of each stage，so as to provide reference for the cost control of deep foundation pit support and similar projects.
