摘要:结合装配式建筑产业链的特点,运用社会网络分析法得出影响其利益分配的三大核心因素——合作贡献率、成本承担、风险承担,并构建装配式建筑产业链利益分配指标体系,采用AHP-GEM法确定影响因素权重;然后运用兼顾多个影响因素的Shapley值法进行利益分配;最后通过实例对模型的科学合理性加以验证,为装配式建筑产业链利益分配提供参考。

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of prefabricated construction industry chain,this paper derives three core factors that greatly affect the distribution of benefits in the prefabricated construction industry chain:cooperative contribution rate,cost-bearing and risk-bearing,constructs an index system for the benefit distribution of the prefabricated construction industry chain and utilizes the AHP-GEM method to determine the weight of the key influencing factors. Then,uses an improved Shapley value method considering multiple influencing factors to distribute the benefits. Finally,verifies the scientific rationality of the model by an example,so as to provide a reference for the benefit distribution of the prefabricated construction industry chain.
