摘要：概述BIM技术在工程设计概算、预算造价、工程进度款及索赔、竣工结算等审计中的应用。以具体项目工程审计为例，剖析BIM的具体应用情况，为BIM技术在建筑施工企业工程审计中的应用提供参考。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the application of BIM technology in the audit of engineering design budget，budget cost，project progress payment and claim，completion settlement，etc. Taking the specific project engineering audit as an example，analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in the project audit，so as to provide reference for the application of BIM Technology in the engineering audit of construction enterprises.
