摘要：分析相对传统EPC总承包，国际规范的PPP模式下EPC承包商在项目干系方关系与合同结构、承包范围和内容、合同风险矩阵与形态、投标报价方法和策略、合同谈判对象与目标、更长的质保期、更严格的诚信合规管理义务等诸多方面面临的挑战，根据业务实践经验，针对性地提出具体的建议解决方案。

Abstract：Comparing with the other traditional EPC contracting frameworks，this paper analyzes the challenges faced by EPC general contractor in the aspects of project stakeholder relationship and contract structure，contract scope and content，contract risk matrix and form，bidding method and strategy，contract negotiation object and target，longer warranty period，more strict integrity and compliance management obligation under international standard PPP model，and eventually recommends reasonable countermeasures and solutions accordingly based on project management experiences.
