摘要：从推进全过程工程咨询需关切的问题入手，分析城市轨道交通推进全过程工程咨询存在的问题，包括政策、技术条件、管理能力、技术逻辑和管理逻辑等，据此给出城市轨道交通行业推进全过程工程咨询的相关建议。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the problems existing in the whole-process engineering consultation of urban rail transit，including policies，technical conditions，management capabilities，technical logic and management logic，and puts forward some suggestions for the whole-process engineering consultation of urban rail transit industry.
