装配式建筑推广障碍与解决策略研究

摘要:对2000-2020年102篇国内外相关文献进行深入剖析回顾,遵循系统科学思想,从PESTM维度分别识别装配式建筑推广的具体障碍,针对不同维度障碍提出解决策略。装配式建筑推广障碍识别及其解决策略设计过程实现产业和项目层面以及项目外部和内部的统一,有助于加深对装配式建筑推广障碍及解决策略的系统认识和理解,对中国装配式建筑的顺利推广和发展具有参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the in-depth analysis and review of 102 domestic and foreign relevant literatures from the year of 2000 to 2020,this study identifies specific obstacles to the promotion of prefabricated buildings from the PESTM dimension and proposes solution strategies for obstacles of different dimensions following the thought of systematic science. The process of identification of the obstacles and the solution strategy design to the promotion of prefabricated buildings has realized the unification on the industry and project levels as well as the external and internal aspects of the project,which deepens the systematic knowledge and understanding of the obstacles and the solution strategy of prefabricated buildings. Provides a reference for the smooth promotion and development of prefabricated buildings in China.
