摘要：分析设计单位承接工程总承包业务所具有的优势，阐述设计企业承接工程总承包业务存在的不足，最后从意识、管理制度、人员结构、知识体系、风险管控、资本管理等角度，提出设计单位进行转型和提升的思考，以不断提升竞争力，树立以客户为中心的服务理念。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the advantage of design enterprise to take engineering general contracting business，and expounds the shortcomings. Finally，puts forward the thinking of transformation and improvement of design enterprise from different points of view，like service consciousness，management system，personnel structure，knowledge system，risk control，capital management，etc，in order to increase its competitiveness and establish customer-oriented concept.
