摘要：针对高校基建工程招标采购合同签订后面临的相关问题，依据从事建设工程货物招标采供管理的经验教训，就强化需要把控的关键点、着重点、困难点，进行初步探讨，并提出建议，供高校同行参考。

Abstract：In the face of the related problems after the signing of cargo purchasing bidding contracts in universities infrastructure engineering，based on author’s years of experiences and lessons on the purchase and supply management of cargo bidding in infrastructure engineering，this paper preliminarily discusses the crucial points，focal points and difficult points in supervision after bidding，and puts forward referential suggestions for university professions.
