摘要：介绍某开发区路网建设PPP项目及其前期运作情况、项目采购及成功经验；在对案例进行总结的基础上，就类似开发区在市政基础设施建设中推广应用PPP模式提出规范PPP项目审计、吸引更多社会资本参与、保障项目公司正常运作等思考。

Abstract：This paper introduces the operation situation of early stage，project procurement，successful experience of road network construction PPP project in one economic development zone，then puts forward some thinking on the application of PPP model for similar situation such as standardizing PPP project audit，attracting more social capital and so on.
