摘要：阐述新疆交通基础设施投融资的发展状况，分析现阶段新疆交通基础设施投融资存在的问题，提出解决新疆交通基础设施投融资发展的对策建议，以更好地促进新疆交通基础设施建设发展，推动新疆核心区建设。

Abstract：The paper expounds the development situation of transportation infrastructure investment and financing of Xinjiang，analyzes the existing problems in the present stage，and proposes the suggestions of the future development to promote the development of Xinjiang transportation infrastructure investment and financing，and the construction of core area.
