商业地产经营风险及应对思路研究

摘要:从财务管理、招商及租户管理、营销及名誉管理、物业管理方面介绍商业地产经营风险,然后通过多角度分析商业地产出现经营风险的原因。最后从促进行业发展的角度,提出经营风险的应对思路,包括加强开发商内在功力修炼、建立有效的市场引导与监管机制、鼓励多业态的创新与发展等。关键词:建筑业;商业地产;经营风险;开发商Abstract:First,from the aspect of the financial management,investment and tenants management,marketing and reputation management,property management,the paper introduces the operating risk of commercial real estate. Then,analyzes the causes of the operating risk of commercial real estate through multiple angles.
