摘要：建设工程造价咨询是一种社会中介活动，具有其特殊风险性。阐述工程造价咨询执业风险涵义、风险种类及风险体系；从提高咨询人员专业胜任能力、建立和完善造价机构质量保证体系等五个方面探讨工程造价咨询执业风险的防范与规避的措施。

Abstract：Construction engineering cost consulting is a kind of social intermediary activities，which has its special risks. This paper explains the risk definition，risk types and risk system of engineering cost consultation practice，discusses the measures to prevent and avoid the risk of engineering cost consultation from five aspects of improving the professional competence of consultants，establishing and improving the quality assurance system of the cost institutions.
