[摘　要]　利用迈克尔·波特产业经济钻石理论研究金融危机对我国房地产业的影响机理，分析我国房地产业现状，从六个方面寻找金融危机中房地产业的发展机会，构建房地产业发展战略，并从政府层面、行业层面、企业层面上分别提出应对措施，以使房地产业拥有持续的竞争优势，在严酷而多变的市场环境中取得主动权，实现可持续发展。

Abstract: Using Michael Porter's diamond theory of industrial economy, this paper researches the influence mechanism of financial crisis on China's real estate industry, analyzes the status quo of Chinese real estate industry, looks for development opportunities for real estate enterprises in the financial crisis from six aspects, eastablishes the development strategies of real estate industry, and points out the relevant measures from the national level, the industry level and the enterprise level, to help the real estate industry obtain sustainable competitive advantage and initiative in the fierce and ever-changing market environment, and achieve sustainable development.
