完善工程项目承包商费用管理策略的思考

摘要:工程项目费用管理是一项系统工程,需要进行全过程、全方位、多角度的策划。从理论原则、制度流程、实施阶段和知识体系四个维度,阐述我国工程项目承包商费用管理中的不足,剖析原因并提出解决策略。关键词:工程项目;费用管理;策略;承包商Abstract:Cost management of engineering project is a systematic project,which needs the planning of whole process,full scale and multi-dimensions.
