摘要：工程项目费用管理是一项系统工程，需要进行全过程、全方位、多角度的策划。从理论原则、制度流程、实施阶段和知识体系四个维度，阐述我国工程项目承包商费用管理中的不足，剖析原因并提出解决

策略。

Abstract：Cost management of engineering project is a systematic project，which needs the planning of whole process，full scale and multi-dimensions. From the theoretical principle，the system flow，the implementation stage and the knowledge system four dimensions，elaborates the insufficiency of the cost management of engineering project contractor，analyzes the reason and proposes the strategies.
