摘要：分析PMC模式的内涵，提出推行PMC必须具备的基本条件，阐述PMC模式应用BIM的必要性与可行性，探讨PMC应用BIM的环境要求和可行模式。研究成果为推动BIM在我国建筑业的应用提供借鉴。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the connotation of PMC model，puts forward the basic conditions for the application of PMC，then elaborates the necessity and feasibility of the application of BIM in PMC model，explores the preconditions and methods of the application of BIM in PMC model. The results provide a reference for the application of BIM in construction industry.
