摘要：首先分析精柔建造的内涵，给出精柔建造的定义，并分析精柔建造的六大观念（即求精观、动态观、突破观、权变观、细致观、拉动观），指出精柔建造的特点；然后分析精柔建造与精益建造的比较优势；最后阐述推进建筑工业化将提高精柔建造的可行性和必要性，精柔建造将有力促进建筑工业化的发展。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper analyzes the connotation of lean-flexible construction，gives the preliminary definition of lean-flexible construction. And，analyzes the six concepts of lean-flexible construction，points out the characteristics of lean-flexible construction. Then，analyzes the comparative advantages of lean-flexible construction and lean construction. Finally，expounds the feasibility and necessity of enhancing the lean-flexible construction by promoting the construction industrialization.
