摘要：选取1999～2014年上海市建筑业年度数据，基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数模型，同时引入索洛余值法，对技术革新贡献率进行研究。结果表明，技术进步对上海市建筑业发展的贡献日益增长，然而建筑业的经济增长仍然主要依靠资本和劳动力的高投入。最后提出上海市建筑业进一步促进技术的革新以加快产业转型以及经济增长方式转变的建议。

Abstract：The paper uses the historical annual data of Shanghai’s construction industry from 1998 to 2014，and gives an empirical analysis on the contribution rate of technological innovation by means of Cobb-Douglas Production Function and Solow Method of Remainder. The result shows that technological innovation has an increasing impact on the development of Shanghai’s construction industry comparatively，but the economic growth of construction industry is still mainly rely on the high input of capital and labor force. Finally，puts forward suggestions to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading of economic growth of Shanghai by further promoting technological innovation.
