摘要：分析既有建筑节能改造的投资风险，包括融资风险、节能量风险、运营风险等五大类。从项目运行的系统视角，投资风险因素即系统外部环境风险和系统内部风险，系统外部环境风险因素包括政策环境、经济环境和市场环境的风险；系统内部风险因素来自组织管理层面、项目层面和客户层面。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper analyzes the investment risk of existing building energy saving transformation，such as financing quantity risk，energy saving quantity risk，operation risk，customer risk and external environment risk. Then，from the system perspective of the project operation，elaborates the factors that affect the investment risk of existing building energy saving transformation which are the external environment risk and the internal risk of the system，system external environment risk factors mainly includes policy environment，economic environment and market environment，and the internal risk factors mainly comes from organization management level，project level and customer level.
