摘要：首先阐述建立建筑施工企业信用评价的重要性，然后从信用评价立法和信用评价研究方法两方面总结国外研究现状，从信用评价体系存在问题、信用评价体系建设、信用评价研究方法方面总结国内研究现状，最后从建立第三方信用评价机构、完善奖惩机制、完善相关法律法规等方面展望施工企业信用评价体系研究。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper elaborates the importance of establishing the credit evaluation of construction enterprises. Then，summarizes the abroad research status from the credit evaluation of legislation and credit evaluation method，summarizes the domestic research status from the credit evaluation system problems，credit evaluation system，credit evaluation methods. Finally，proposes the research prospect of the construction enterprise credit evaluation system from establishing the third-party credit evaluation mechanism，perfecting the mechanism of rewards and punishments，improving relevant laws and regulations and other aspects.
