摘要：分析部分高校建设工程全过程投资控制的现状，从决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及项目的全过程监管四个方面阐述存在的问题，并提出相应的投资控制建议，为高校基建工程提高管理水平与投资效益提供参考。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the current situation of investment control in the whole process of construction project in parts of colleges and universities，elaborates the existing problems from the decision-making stage，design stage and construction stage and the whole process supervision four aspects，and provides the corresponding suggestions to improve the management level and investment benefit of university capital construction project management in the future.
